The big guy is who is 6'6", give or take an inch, depending on the source. He's a leading Russian powerlifter.

The little guy is
who is 5'4", again give or take an inch. He is a leading Russian bodybuilder. Although I don't know Russian, the discussion in the video probably touches on powerlifting vs. bodybuilding training techniques.
