City with a lot of tall guys?

If you're in the US, Las Vegas has a lot of huge bodyguard/bouncer types walking around. The casinos are adding nightclubs, some with huge bouncers. Just in a two day visit, I ran into Tye Fields there some years ago. Rather fun talking to his chest as we discussed his boxing career...
Hey there, I'm planning my next vacations. I'd like to go somewhere I can meet tall guys. Which city it's most likely to meet tall people? Share your experiences

I'd concur re: the Netherlands. I lived there for a while in the late 90s. I'm a small, thin shrimpy kind of guy and saw many big tall handsome young men 6ft6+.
The highlight was a kid of around 16-18 the size of a house. 7ft 2in tall and of a chunky/chubby but powerful build. Handsome baby face, big leather jacket. I saw him grab some 5'8" medium build kid by his shirt collar for a joke and lift him up like that, and shook him around a little.
One of the most erotic things I've ever seen. His hands were massively thick. Unbelievable. Anyway, the potential to see something like that is more in Holland than most other places. I've heard Serbia & Croatia are really good too.

Tons of tall guys in Washington DC. City of wealth and power! I would say there are more tall guys in Southern California than Northern, but they're around.

The Dutch are tall but don't seem to have big feet. It's hard to pick cities but countries are easier. Slavic Balkan and Scandinavian countries are taller. The Dutch average height is highest of any population defined by country. Regions can matter, too; within the Netherlands, there are more tall people in the north than the south although this trend may be diminishing (it's also correlated to Protestant vs Catholic areas which historically showed significant correlation between families throughout Europe, even within the same population). Do any of those residing in the Netherlands have any observations on this? The Dinaric Alps is well known within Balkans countries but there apparently are also other areas within these countries with concentrations of tall people. I'd like to visit but don't have firsthand experience with this area. As Jamie and possibly others have noticed there do *seem* to be more 7 footers in some countries such as the UK, even though on the average Britons aren't especially tall. One sees something similar with Africans (including African-Americans) and it seems a more definitive pattern. There's more height variety among them with the average similar to Europeans (and taller than most Asians and Latin peoples) yet more short and more tall individuals. East-central Africa (Sudan, South Sudan, Tanzania, etc.) contains areas with very tall people and subpopulations of Nilotic and other peoples possess tall genes. Genetic attribution should be cautious because height can change rapidly, as it did in the Netherlands which began the 20th century as one of shorter populations and younger South Koreans and Japanese are notably taller than older. Other than Dutch and Scandinavian countries, I've most reliably seen tall guys in large cities and big crowds within (on the street, subways, etc). Just as a matter of so many people in big urban areas with high population density, one will regularly encounter very tall guys and have more to choose from among the pool of available of partners.

I would agree. I went to Amsterdam hoping to meet lots of tall blond guys but instead I came across short Indonesians and an average Portuguese guy. Croatian and Serbian men are often tall and strong. And don't forget the lesser-known Montenegro!
I think it is the same mistake most people make. Amssterdam us not The Netherlands. It's mostly populated by tourists. If people want to see Holland, they should visit other cities...
