This is a video I did (as a tall guy) when I visited the anti-Trump rally in Los Angeles. Don't know how many voted for Trump on this board and I don't even know if I should be posting it as it is the work of a tall guy NOT ABOUT a tall guy. So mods feel free to delete if necessary.

Some folks may know I usually protest the Church of Scientology which has a habit of beating protesters (or worse). But because I am 6'3" 210 lbs. I can protest, even alone, and mostly remain unmolested by their goons. They just sue me instead!
It's great to be able to just lift my camera over Scientology fences and see what they don't want to be seen.
Similarly, in this protest, you can see the many advantages of being tall when video recording a major street event. Short people can't shoot a spontaneous march like this and give the full feeling of it. But when I reach the camera over my head it is almost NINE FEET off the ground. And the camera's built in video stabilizer helps mitigate the jiggle when I do that.
Also, being tall makes more people able to see my protest sign.
It let me get some great shots in this video where the camera seems to sail right OVER a parked car.
Fortunately for short folks there were plenty of things to stand on where their cameras could get a better view. And when I do that I'm now TWELVE FEET off the ground making for some great establishing shots.
Of course being a Hollywood storyteller is the best trick of all.
Fans of the video game Grand Theft Auto and the movie Blade Runner will not be disappointed.
A friend of mine is the director of the movie Grease. He wrote to say how the video "made me feel like I was there." That was exactly the reason I made it. To show what it is like to go there and, hopefully, get others to protest.
I did NOT make the video to offend Trump voters, just to show them what is going on.
