Not sure where to get help with Discord server

Hi all, forgive me if this isn't the right place, but I have no clue where to find help. I have joined the Discord server, and associated my account with it, but the server is still blank. Can anyone help?

Did you join the server from a PC or Mac, if you try to do it with your phone for some reason the Discord link does not work.
