Height Difference Gen "T"

Well I guess there is something about generational growth and also improved nutrition too. Generationally my family have certianly proven that. Dad was 6’2, I’m 7ft and my 24 year old son is practically 7’8 so we sure prove the point to the extreme

I'm 5'4 and I attend university currently. And I am 5'3 and 3/4 (5'4) but my roommate is 6'7. He loves to tease me a lot, in many different ways, some ways Idk if I can say on here and not get reported or something. but two ways he does is my putting his foot on my belly and pinning me to the ground, and sometimes pulling me on his lap and cuddling me when were both straight, and making comments on my somewhat chubby body. But I always feel so small around everyone. Even at lunch, I sit with my roommate, and a couple of other friends, the second shortest after me, is one of my friends John, and he's 6'4. I even get sandwiched a lot in the hallway I have to get my roommate to help me out sometimes. I feel so tiny all the time, I don't like it, or hate it at the same time, Lol

I'm 6'6 and yeah its pretty normal in my friend group. My older brothers are both like 6'1 and they always complain about how I got the tall genes lol. Most guys in my class are over 6ft, only a few shorter ones. Even some of the girls are like 6ft now. Its weird cause my parents arent even that tall, mom is 5'7 and dad is 6'0. Better food and stuff probably helped our generation grow more I guess.

WOW. I never thought 6'+ guys could complain about their height - but it sounds like the average is rising FAST. If even girls are growing that tall that's pretty bad for men like me... And 5'7 for a woman used to be considered tall. I guess you're so used to it you don't think of her like that.

I also think that tallies are often attracted to tallies so it makes for more noticeable growth in that next generation if that makes sense?

I do see more and more "Big&Tall" clothing brands and stores, and cars with more leg room. As for shoes, showers and planes, I don't know. Airlines seem to try to pack the passengers more, not less. But with the current trends, eventually everything will have to change - taller doors, way more tall clothes and big shoes, longer cars and plane seats, even higher chairs in public places.

I remember seeing some guys your size struggling to sit on normal chairs as if theyr= were those tiny elementary school chairs. The funny thing was almost all of these sightings were guys in their mid teens, which means they probably outgrew those chairs completely since then.

Hmmm I mean honestly most big & tall stuff at least for me is mostly sold online but I'd really like more real shops honestly lol. Showers are often really annoying in like hotels and stuff. Honestly taller doors is already kinda a thing in new buildings it's mostly older buildings that are annoying with that in my experience. Longer cars, plane seats and higher chairs is definitely something that'd be nice tho yeah.
