Favorite childhood memory with a tall guy?

My favorite childhood memory was when I was about 10 years old, my older sister had a boyfriend, who was probably around 6' 5, he was pretty strong, so when he would come over to visit her, I being the mischievous little brother, would bug him, eventually, he would pick me up throw me over his shoulder and walk around with me. .

Anyone else have fond memories of childhood tall men?

I think I was probably 11 or 12. It was a young man at the mall, and at the time, he was perhaps the tallest person I had ever seen. I had only come up to his elbows. I pestered my friend incessantly to ask him how tall he was, and he replied "6'9."

It's interesting that in high school, there was a kid who was 6'7" who seemed gigantic, but now, at 29, a guy has to be at least 6'10" to catch my attention and over 7' to stop me in my tracks!

I have 2 stories. My oldest brother is 9 years older than me so when he was in high school, I was somewhere between 5 & 9. He had a friend who was about 6'3 or 6'4. Not really super tall at all, but he was pretty big too...somewhere over 200 pounds I'm sure. He was over at our house a lot. Since I come from a short family (my brothers and Dad are about 5'8") he was big in comparison to them.

The other guy, who I consider my first crush, was when I was about 11 or 12 and went to summer camp. He was 6'3" too. He worked at the camp, drove the camp van and ran the camp store and stuff. My brother worked at the camp and he knew my brother so he was extra nice to me because of he knew my brother.
