images are fixed, if images are from a site that does not allow "linking" then I usually open up powerpoint, and copy image there, then copy back to the site to post, that removes the "hotlink" and makes it an image on our site.

I've actually met this guy in person a few times in San Fran. Very nice guy and open to alot of things. I don't think he is quite 7', maybe 6'9 or 6'10, but still quite tall! He's also a little "thick" which is hot to me
